Children at Christ Church Chorleywood C of E School left barefoot on their last day of term after kindly donating their school shoes to charity…

Whilst receiving any recognition when working in the humanitarian sector is always rather uncomfortable, given that all I’ve been able to achieve is really only down to the less privileged position of others, and in the case of Sal’s Shoes that of children in particular, I’m honoured to have been featured in definitive guide to the top 100 women to watch in the UK 2019 #SheStartedIt100 and amongst such commendable company in the top 10 women to watch in charity 2019 👣

To all the shoetastic pupils at Grayswood Primary School who donated their Sal’s Shoes as part of Toe2Toe . . . we promise to find them new feet 👣

👆 Thank you 📖always an honour to be given the opportunity to share the Sal’s Shoes story 👣

We’re delighted to have been featured in 📖 who want to make the world a better place and encourage their readers to make small achievable changes that will have a much bigger global impact 🌎 from cutting down on food waste, ditching single-use plastic, supporting local social enterprises or organising beach litter picks; they want to inspire change, share ideas and leave as little trace as possible.
